Compare the out-the-door price across shops in Missouri, since installation fees vary more than the tires themselves. Keep the receipt: the tire warranty and any road-hazard coverage are tied to it. Demand peaks before winter and before summer road trips. Kansas City is in Missouri, in the Midwest, where summers are warm, winters are cold and snowy, and most errands are done by car; businesses keep steady year-round hours with the usual holiday changes. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Kansas City follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

For some Calley's tires is reliable and fair priced. They use to be. Almost always, never fails, if you call for a price quote, it'll be a higher price once you get there which is inconvenient at times because I plan to only spend what I was originally quoted. That throws off things for people who plan on a budget. The service is very mediocre. Rude, and unfriendly customer service. I hate that because the reputation of black business owners is declining in our area.

Very friendly and fast! They had us in and out in no time, and the price was very reasonable!

Good prices but don’t take accountability. Went to change my tire for 55 dollars. Pulling into the garage my other tire got punctured by one of their nails. Charged me 25 to fix what they caused plus 55 for tire. Tried arguing why I didn’t see it, instead of accountability for leaving a nail. Accident or not.

Calley Tires is nothing short of a joke. Came through on Tuesday morning and just needed my front tire swapped out. We waited probably ten minutes to get in but was told that we all needed to get out of the car to change the tire. No big deal. Except that it was 39 degrees and they had their lobby closed to the public. So myself, my husband, our 6 year old and 9 month old had to sit outside on a broken bench until they were completed. The young girl working the counter was clearly pretty new to costumer service but filled her role of swiping cards- when she wasn’t on her phone. But then their credit card reader wasn’t working… so my family had to continue to sit in the cold until we could figure something out. She went and got the owner from a vehicle in the front of the building. Which amazes me that he sees his customers sitting outside in the cold, with a BABY, dealing with his technology hiccups and still allows that. Yet, they have numerous “religious based” signage around the building. I finally sent my family back to the warm vehicle before we worked out the payment. I asked the owner if he just had Apple Pay and if I could do it that way. Which he did and that’s how we got
